Sweepstakes Details

Each month we give away a 25.00 gift certificate which can be used for any merchandise listed on our website. Please fill out the form listed below to enter our sweepstakes. The winner is selected by a random drawing from all the entries submitted during that month. You must enter once, and only once, each month to be eligible to win that month. The drawing is held on the last day of the month and the winner is informed by email. The gift certificate is good for one year from the date of issue.
