Unlike inexpensive silver filled wire, this wire is 10x silver bonded over a brass core. It looks like sterling and is easy to work. It will not come off with wear and will look as good years from now as it does today. It is hypo-allergenic and is coated so it is tarnish resistant. Sold in lots of 1 ounce which is approximately 14 feet.
